The central spokesperson of the Baloch National Movement (BNM) while highlighting the incident said that women and children were severely tortured during the raid. As a result of excessive and inhuman torture, BNM’s member Banuk Kegad daughter of Abdullah embraced martyrdom.
A local of Cheri Bazaar Gomazai named Alam son of Salam was also arrested and forcibly disappeared by the raiding forces.
The BNM spokesperson paid rich tribute to Banuk Kegad Baloch, who according to the spokesperson remained committed to the party’s cause despite her family being targeted in the past.
Her two young sons, Sagheer and Qadeer, were subjected to enforced disappearance several times and released after being severely tortured in torture cells of the army, said the BNM spokesperson.
