The Sindhi Baloch Forum (SBF) is set to host a webinar on the occasion of the World Press Freedom Day on Monday, 3 May 2021 at 5 pm UK Time.
The webinar entitled, “Strangulation of media freedom in Pakistan” will discuss the curbs of media freedom in Pakistan and extreme challenges facing journalists and media persons with a particular focus on the imposition of media blackout in Balochistan and Sindh by the state authorities.
Prominent journalists, authors, and human rights defenders will share their views and insights on the subject matter.
The webinar will be broadcasted live on Balochistan Affairs Web TV.
