Gwadar:
Hundreds of fishermen took to the streets in Gwadar to protest against the Government’s decision that stops them from accessing their traditional fishing pods.
This comes as the Chinese-owned trawlers have been licensed to fish in Gwadar, further depriving the fishermen of their livelihood.
According to the local sources, the fishermen whose primary or in most cases the only source of livelihood is fishing, have been barred from fishing for the last four days.
