Chris Martin said his band would like to do something to support ‘all the women and everyone fighting for freedom in Iran, and everywhere in fact’.
The British singer added: ‘Young women and young people are fighting for their freedom, for the right to be themselves.
Coldplay interrupted their live performance in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to ask exiled Iranian actor GolshiftehFarahani on stage to affix them as they sang the anthem of the Iranian protest motion Baraye.
After giving a tribute to the arrested Iranian pop singer *“Shervin Hajipour”* who wrote the track, Coldplay’s frontman, *Chris Martin* stated his band want to do one thing to assist ‘all the ladies and everybody preventing for freedom in Iran, and in all places in actual fact’.
